All Marriage License is recorded in the record room in the basement of the courthouse.
 
18 years or older
The bride and groom must have certified identification. If previously divorced, the marriage must be at least 61 days from the final decree of the divorce. If the divorce has been within one year, you will need to bring a copy of your divorce decree.

16 or 17 Years of Age
If under 18, you must bring your birth certificate and both legal parents must be present to sign consent and all parties must have a certified proof of age.
